“Buckets to Business,” “B2B,” “we,” and “us” refer to the Buckets to Business trade name and the legal merchant identified at checkout and on the purchaser's receipt. These terms govern use of this website and purchases of Buckets to Business digital products unless separate written terms apply.
Purchases grant a single-purchaser, non-transferable license for personal education and internal business implementation. Reasonable internal working copies and adaptation of blank operating forms are permitted. Resale, redistribution, public posting, sublicensing, or repackaging as a competing course, blueprint, SOP library, membership, or template product is prohibited.
Production systems, SOPs, calculators, market frameworks, and financial models are educational tools. We do not guarantee yields, survival, revenue, profit, financing, regulatory approval, customer demand, or business success. Modeled outputs depend on the assumptions entered or displayed.
You are responsible for confirming laws, permits, registrations, taxes, insurance, labeling, food safety, shipping, animal/feed/fertilizer rules, employment requirements, and other obligations applicable to your actual location, process, product, and sales channel.
Unless a checkout page states a different policy, digital products include a 7-calendar-day satisfaction period beginning on the purchase date. Submit a refund request through the Contact page within that period. A completed refund terminates the license to the refunded materials. Duplicate charges, failed delivery, and rights that cannot legally be waived are handled regardless of this time period.
The Academy is a recurring digital membership currently offered at the price displayed at enrollment. The launch price is $39 per month. By enrolling, you authorize Square to charge the payment method used at checkout on the recurring cadence shown there until cancellation takes effect. You are responsible for maintaining account credentials and for activity under your account.
You may request cancellation from the member account. The application submits cancellation to Square for the end of the current billing cycle; access ordinarily remains available through the paid access period shown in the member account. Cancellation does not by itself create a refund. Refund requests remain governed by Section 5 and any rights that cannot legally be waived.
Academy access is an entitlement tied to successful subscription billing. Access may be suspended after failed billing, refunded subscription charges, abuse, security issues, or termination of the membership. New content may be added or revised, but no particular future enterprise, release date, live event, or quantity of future updates is guaranteed unless expressly stated in a specific offer.
Original course text, SOP compilations, calculators, software, templates, and branding are protected to the extent provided by law. Third-party sources remain owned by their respective rights holders; citation does not transfer ownership.
Do not interfere with the site, probe or bypass security, submit malicious content, scrape protected paid materials, or misuse forms and APIs.
We may update website content and future editions. A purchase includes the edition delivered at purchase and only those updates expressly promised in the offer.
Questions, delivery issues, and refund requests may be submitted through the Contact page. The legal merchant identity is also displayed through Square checkout and the payment receipt. Digital delivery is activated only after Buckets to Business verifies a completed Square payment event; a browser redirect by itself is not proof of payment.
