We may collect information you submit, such as name, email address, stated interests, support messages, Academy account information, course/SOP progress, and calculator/scenario data you choose to save through server-enabled features. Academy passwords are stored as salted one-way scrypt hashes rather than plaintext. Payment-card information is entered on Square-hosted checkout and is not stored by this website. We store order and subscription identifiers, product/SKU, buyer contact information, payment status, refund status, entitlement/access status, session records, and delivery activity needed to fulfill and support purchases and memberships.
We use information to deliver products, authenticate Academy members, maintain membership entitlements and progress, answer support requests, improve products, measure marketing, prevent abuse, maintain transaction records, and satisfy legal obligations.
Hosting, Square payment services, transactional email providers when enabled, analytics, and other service providers may process information needed to perform their services. Square processes payment information under its own terms and privacy practices. Transactional email is supplemental; the post-checkout return page can provide verified digital delivery without an email provider.
Marketing messages are sent only through the configured email system and should include the provider's unsubscribe mechanism. Transactional order and support communications may still be sent when necessary.
We retain information as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; we use reasonable technical and operational safeguards appropriate to the service.
You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by using the Contact page. Some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or transaction purposes.
Calculators and the launch KPI tracker may use browser localStorage. Data stored only in your browser is controlled through that browser and may be lost if browser storage is cleared.
Buckets to Business is the trade name used for these products. The legal merchant entity appears at checkout and on receipts. Privacy questions may be submitted through the Contact page.
